Letter written entirely by hand and signed by the Admor Yosef Yitzhak Schneerson of Lubavitch. From Monday, 10th of Cheshvan, 1926, “to our honored friends and followers…in England…”.

He writes that he wishes them to become acquainted with his “honored student Rabbi Azriel Zelig of the Slonim family of Jerusalem…”. He continues about Rabbi Zelig’s ma’alah and writes that he appointed him “Shadar to awaken our friends and followers, that they may live connected to the mesorah of our holy fathers regarding the setting of time for torah…to study in groups.” The Rayatz asks that they help Rabbi Zelig “in all kinds of kiruv”

and ends with blessings for the recipients. Handwritten signature.
