Rabbi Yitzhak Isaac Rosenbaum of Cleveland-Raanana was the son of the Admor Rabbi Issachar Beer Rosenbaum of Stroznitz. In 1976 he moved to Israel and settled in Raanana upon his father’s orders, in order to influence the city’s residents. He established his Heichal Bracha midrash after his grandfather’s work (the Heichal Bracha of Komarna). Dozens of avrechim came to his kollels from Bnei Brak. Later he established two batei midrash in Beitar Ilit. He died in 1920 and his son, Rabbi Uri Leib, succeeded him.
