Printed page from an issue of HaNe’eman, with a Daat Torah on the subject of the prohibition of using electricity on shabbat. From Kislev 1960. In it, the Steipler explains the belief of the Chazon Ish on the subject.
It appears that the page was sent to him for editing and he marked up the article, deleted lines and words, and added a few notes before publication.
At the bottom are additional handwritten lines from a different person, not clear who.
