Lot 086:
Manuscript in Yemenite script, a siddur according to the minhag of Yemenite communities for the High Holidays. It also includes prayers for Sukkot and Simchat Torah. Mostly with niqqud. At the beginning are 12 leaves written in a large font with: Hallel, a list of haftaroth for the year, and the Tefilat Regalim. 233 leaves. Illustrations in purple ink.
The colophon states 5625 ‘shtarot’ (but this should be since the creation of the world) [i.e. 1925], 9th of Tevet, “by the young Chaim HaAron…”
New binding has moth holes, the body of the text has a few moth holes (mainly in the first leaves and then only later in the margins, mostly not damaging text), tears and signs of use, overall fair to good condition.
