Rare approbations from: Rabbi Chaim Palagi of Izmir, Rabbi Refael Asher Kovo of Salonika, Rabbi Zvi Hirsch Oppenheim of Timisoara, Rabbi Avraham David Leietch, and from Tunisian rabbis: Rabbi Yeshua Basis, Rabbi Natan Burgil, and Rabbi Yosef Burgil, and additional approbations.

Original printed jacket (on the back as well), on blue paper. Stains, new binding, pretty copy in good condition.

The first title page has a signature from 1866. Under it is an additional signature which appears also on the second title page, stating: “The upper earlier signature is hereby cancelled and the book belongs to the new purchaser signed below, the Holy Yaakov Kopil”, perhaps referring to Rabbi Yaakov Kopil Liechtenstein, Av Beit Din of Betlan, son of the gaon Rabbi Hillel of Kolomiya.
