Pamphlet Gvul Olam, a collection of letters from gedolei rabbanim, “who were appointed and finished with the united view to strengthen the severe prohibition from halacha…not to set funds from our brothers’ houses in the Diaspora for another mitzvah, only for the general welfare of strengthening the Yishuv of our brothers in the Land of Israel from the kupot of Rabbi Meir Baal HaNes.” Only edition, Jerusalem 1903. 8, 42 pages. National Library has it in the Rare Books section.
