1. Shut Chacham Zvi (Rabbi Zvi Ashkenazi), Warsaw 1876. The blank first leaf has a dedication in sofer script: “Mishloach Manot from the students of Wotzen”, signed “Avraham Bennett, Avraham al”a Papa, Meir Simcha Braun, Morchai(?) Matityahu Hirschfeld, Menachem Lefkowitz, Moshe Leib Ables, Shlomo Meislish, Shlomo Reichberg, Pinchas Levi, Moshe Menachem Hirschfeld. Given probably to Rabbi Yosef Wurzberger, signed on the title page. Stamp of ownership of “Uri Langer shlita of Inter Visha”, a descendant of the Stretin dynasty. Additional stamp of Chaim Zvi Braun. At the end of the book is an important note. Stains, tape on the last leaf, good condition.
2. Sefer Yismach Moshe on the Shas and moadim by Rabbi Moshe Teitelbaum, Av Beit Din of Ohel. Marmarosh-Sighet 1908. Blank first leaf has a dedication handwritten: “as a souvenir of love to Rabbeinu Haim Alter…Berkowitz shlita, 1934, Summer, from his students.” Signed by Meir Yehuda Hirschfeld, Reuven Platsher, ?, Shlomo Grasberg, Moshe Zvi Bernata, Meir Kalman, Zeev Wolf Rata, Shmuel David Frankel, Menachem Chaim…, Yitzhka Zvi Rosenbaum, Chaim Freud, Zvi Bagler, Shmuel Papa Helo. At the end of the book is a note ending with the words: “I received from the Admor shlita, Mordechai.” This is probably Rabbi Mordechai Williger, student of the Atzei Chaim. Stains, tape with missing bit of leaf 81, wear with missing bit of lone pages, binding and last leaf and detached, otherwise good condition.
