An alphabetically organized book of Psalms “to increase the benefit explicated in the introduction and in the endorsements of the rabbbanim that your eyes be strengthened by singing.” There is a wonderful segula, common among the Jewish people, to say tehillim should anything bad happen using the letters of the person’s name, and this work organizes all of the verses alphabetically to make the job easier.

Additional Yiddish introduction to help women’s understanding. [4], 97, [1] leaves.

Important endorsements from Rabbi Moshe Yehuda Leib of Kotna (the Zayit Ra’anan), Rabbi Azriel Rakovsky, Rabbi Yaakov Issachar Marotzky, and others. Binding detached, stains, overall good condition.

The title page has the stamp: “Rabbi Tuvya Nummen HaKohen Rapaport of Toronto”. There is also a note in pencil, “Moga.”
