Lot 072:
Pocket, miniature edition of the work Seder Sefirat HaOmer, “with the Minchah and Maariv prayers for the weekday and the prayer for motzei shabbat and Birkat HaLevana, with Kriyat Shma for bed”. 72 leaves. This is probably the first edition of this layout from the Redelheim printer, the National Library only has a later copy from 1857 in the rare books section. From the printer and publisher J. Lehrberger u. Comp. Most of the laws are in Yiddish in the letters Tzina u’Re’ina, a few in Hebrew.
During the Omer counting table are 5 nice illustrations: the cutting of the Omer harvest, the children of Israel on the seafront on the seventh day of Pesach, Lag B’Omer 2 illustrations, one of which is not sufficiently understood. At the end is Yom HaBikkurim.
6.5x11cm. New binding, overall very good condition.
