Yeshev Metzaref on children born of mixed marriages and gets performed according to secular (but not religious) law, and the benefit of establishing a book of kosher birth information for each community rabbi. By Rabbi Mordechai Winkler, Av Beit Din of Rezova, the Levushei Mordechai. Appended by a pamphlet called v’Keturah HaZot on these issues, by Rabbib Yeshaya Zilberstein, Av Beit Din of Weizen.

First edition. [4], 24, [2], 30 leaves. Separate title page for each pamphlet. A book almost never found in sales. Printed cardboard binding, interior reinforcement with tape, spine glued, stains, overall good condition.

Rabbi Yitzhak Zekel Bamberger was the regional rabbi of Bod-Kisingen, in Woria, son of Rabbi Simcha (Simon) Bamberger of Ashapenburg, grandson of Rabbi Yitzhak Dov Bamberger of Wurzberg. He married his cousin Gendel (Nannette) Bamberger, the daughter of Moshe Aryeh Leib Bamberger, and granddaughter of Rabbi Yaakov Ettlinger (the Aruch LaNer). Died 1934.
