Large and thick tome of the complete Talmud Bavli, with 1500 pages. This copy is missing and starts only on page 380. printed in Brooklyn by Yeshivot HaKedoshot, printed so that every four pages of Gemara are on one page in this volume.

Size 27cm. Thickness: 4.5 cm. Unbound, last pages detached, good general condition.

The back of the last leaf has a stamp of “Dov Berish Weidenfeld Avdak of Chevin and Ram of the Kochav MiYaakov yeshiva, Jerusalem.”

Rabbi Dov Berish Weidenfeld (1881-1966) was the son of Rabbi Yaakov, the Kochav MiYaakov. He was a great posek of the last generations, known as the Shut Dovev Meisharim, and was a leader of the Council of Torah Sages. He established the Kochav MiYaakov yeshiva in Chevin and then in Jerusalem.
