Takkanot Vaad HaIr, including the conditions of selection of the Vaad, its authorities, the connection between the Vaad and the Beit Din, etc. A document from the early days of the Vaad, which later became known as the Eida Charedit, a remnant from the conflict between the Eida and its separation from the Vaad of the Jews of Jerusalem. A rare document, especially in such good condition.
