Here is a quote from the book Mazkeret Netzach on the chaluka that took place: On Monday, 13th of Adar Alef, the pamphlet “Purim Katan—1992” was published, a ma’amar on “v’Ata Tetzaveh” from 1981. When the Rebbe came out from 770 to drive to the mikvah, he said that since the day was Purim Katan he would give out the article. The next day, the eve of Tuesday, Purim Katan, after Arvit in the big sanctuary, the Rebbe gave out the article with two dollar bills for tzedakah and “Lekach”, with a special plastic covering. This ma’amar is the last that merited receiving from his holy hands.
