Lot 250:
Friendly letter sent by the Admor Rabbi Baruch Asher of Chernobyl to his brother-in-law the Admor Rabbi David Moshe of Chortkov, the son of Rabbi Yisrael of Ruzhin and the 1st Chortkover Rebbe, and to his sister Mrs. Feiga, the daughter of the Admor Rabbi Aharon of Cerhnobyl.
He mentions “the sons of my dear friend”, meaning Rabbi Yisrael of Chortkov (1854-1934), the son of Rabbi David Moshe. His wife Reizel also writes in the letter (daughter of Rabbi Moshe of Kristchov) to her sister-in-law Feiga.
Long letter, written in Yiddish, with various mentions. Over time, the letter was damaged and cut off half of the part in which the Rebbe Baruch Asher wrote, as well as half of the part in which his wife, Mrs. Reisel, wrote.
