A pilpul and diyun on the Magen Avraham and the Taz on Shulchan Aruch Orech Hayyim, by the Admor Rabbi David Shlomo Ivshitz (the Arvei Nahal). At the end he includes some Shut from the book Naot Deshe, by the same author, which was still in manuscript and was only published subsequently. First edition printed by Rabbi Yisrael Nachman of Tzfat in Livorno. [4], 32, 37-40 leaves.

One of the only Chassidic works printed in the Balkans. Livorno saw the printing of only 4 Chassidic works, all by the aforementioned printer. Approbation included from Livorno rabbis and the publisher. New leather spine, stains, overall good condition.

The title page has a note in Sefardi handwriting: “Pidol Yehi ben Shlomo Amar…”
