Trumas HaDeshen with psakim and ktavim, among the most famous halachic works and which is used as the source of many minhagim—it is cited thousands of times in works by the poskim. The Rama quotes from him many times in his glosses on the Shulchan Aruch. The name of the book notes the number of tshuvot in the first section of the book (354, deshen in gematriya).
The second section is called “Psakim and Ktavim”. By Rabbi Yisrael Isserlin, who is referred to by the title of this work, was an Ashkenazi gadol of the 15th century and is considered one of the last Rishonim or one of the first Achronim. Printed by Rabbi Itzik bar Leib, Furth. [5], 122; 2-45 leaves. 20cm. Binding detached, many moth holes, poor condition.
The title page has the stamp of “Moshe Leib”.
