Shulchan Aruch Orech Hayyim with the commentary Shtilei Zeitim by Rabbi David ben Shlomo Mizrahi of Sanaa (Yemen). Throughout the book are dozens of long glosses in Yemenite handwriting; it is clear from their content that they were written by someone with a high level of learning. Leaf [6] has an inscription “Oy to us, taken from among is the respected elder, Rabbeinu Salam ben Rabbi Shachar, on Sunday, the 20th of Iyar, in 1934…” Torn title page, many moth holes, fair condition.
