Rabbi Haim Moshe Alisher (1845-1924) was the son of the Rishon LeZion Rabbi Yaakov Yosef Alisher, author of Yisa Bracha, who became a famous nexus for halachic questions. Between 1919-1921 he served as Rishon LeZion.
