Lot 078:
A rectangular metal sheet, with cutting work of letters to create the verse from Pirkei Avot (‘Da Lifnei Mi Ata Omed, Lifnei Melech Malchei HaMelachim, HaKadosh Baruch Hu’). Matching metal frame, on the back is attached a cardboard sheet for creating a black background for the inscription. Was in use in an old synagogue that was decommissioned. Size: 22x67cm. At the top is a loop for hanging.
