Shut from Rabbi Moshe Chagiz, one of the most important works of responsa. The author was a shadar for the Jerusalem community and his works (including this one) were written while on his journeys. This work has an approbation from rabbis of Mantua. The title page has signatures of “Yitzhak Yehuda Zeidner” and “Menachem Mendel Eckstein.”


[1], 59 leaves, good condition, tear with missing part of page (repaired with tape) on leaf 33, moth holes along the length of the book. Not bound.
