1. Sefer Atzei Hayyim: first volume on the Torah, two sections, the first based on Agadah and the second on Drosh (additional title page for the second section). Second volume: on Moadim. Divrei Torah by the Admor Rabbi Haim Zvi Teitelbaum, Av Beit Din of Sighet, an important Admor and rabbi of Hungary, named after this book. First edition, Sighet 1927. [2], 127, [1], 50; [2], 158 leaves. Stians. A few moth holes and light defects. Overall very good condition.

Notes handwritten on the blank first page and the title page of the first section. “This holy book by the Admor…Av Beit Din of Sighet…belongs to me his clear student, the groom Chananya Yom Tov Lipa…[?].” Additional signatures bearing the same name, it might be the Admor Rabbi Chananya Yom Tov Lipa of Sasov, the son-in-law (first marriage) of the Admor Rabbi Yoel of Satmar. The second section has signatures of ownership: “Yitzhak Shmuel T”b (Teitelbaum)”. He was the son of Rabbi Moshe David Teitelbaum (Av Beit Din of Modior-Luposh in Romania, grandson of the Yeitev Lev, through his daughter Hendel), who was murdered in the Shoah, hy”d. Signature of the well-known Chassid Rabbi Eliezer David Friedman.

2. Yeitev Panim, Chassidic droshim for the holidays. By Admor Rabbi Yekutiel Yehuda Teitelbaum of Sighet, the Yeitev Lev. “Published by Meir Yehuda Katina in Khust”, 1912. Missing the title page of the first section, 2-183, [1]; [1], 161, [1] leaves. Pages detached, very brittle paper, because of which there are tears at the edges of pages affecting text. Tape, stains. Overall fair to good condition.
