All four volumes of HaLevush by Rabbi Mordechai Yafeh, printed by Johanni Callon. Rebound in new half-leather bindings, handsome and pretty.

Volume 1: Levush HaTekhelet [v’HaChor], first [and second] section, Tur Orech Hayyim. 201, [2] leaves. Title page professionally repaired. On the back of the introduction page is an interesting handwritten note.

Volume 2: Levush Ateret Zahav on the Tur Yoreh De’ah, “the third Levush”. 148, [2] leaves. Some pages have been filled in from another copy by cutting pages, these have slightly smaller margins. On the back of the title page are handwritten notes, glosses in a number of pages in the margins.

Volume 3: Levush HaBotz v’HaArgaman, Tur Even HaEzer “the fourth Levush”. 87 leaves. Notes of ownership, not checked.

Volume 4: Levush Ir Shushan, Tur Choshen Mishpat, “the fifth Levush”. 162, [2] leaves. Signature of ownership.

Many stains, tears and wear, mostly in good condition. Rebound.
