Lot 104:
“Sicha” pamphlet from the Rebbe translated into English (“Message from the Rabbi”), a conversation on Rosh Chodesh Elul of 1979, given by the Rebbe.
On Monday, 4th of Elul 1979, the Rebbe entered for Mincha with the children of the Gan Yisrael kindergarten. He spoke with the simultaneous translation to English by Rabbi Avraham Shem-Tov. The Rebbe ordered the shofar to be blown and for “Otzu Eitza” to be sun, after which he gave the madrichim pamphlets with these sichot and dimes (10c coins) to give out to the children.
The pamphlet bears the name of the receipient, handwritten, with the inscription: “Fon Rabin [from the Rebbe]”.
