Coin given by the “Rosh Ha-Lammed Vav Tzaddikim Nistarim” (according to the kabbalist Rabbi Haim Moshe Mendel), Rabbi Avraham [Yehiel] Fisch (the Retzef HaKadosh), wrapped in paper and signed by him. These coins were given out by Rabbi Fisch often on Motzei Shabbat when he had Melaveh Malka or for those who requested his help with various medical, parnasa, or safety-related issues.

Rabbi Fisch was unknown at first in Israel, but today he is known as a one of the leaders of the “Nistarim of Tel Aviv” group which included many great kabbalists of the last generation, led by Rabbi Moshe Yaakov Revikov (the Sandlar), Rabbi Leon Petilon (the Tzayar HaKadosh), Rabbi Yosef Waltuch, and more. Rabbi Fisch was known for his righteousness, about which the Admor Rabbi Moshe Mordechai of Lalov spoke. These coins are known as a strong segula for those who own them and are often hung up in homes.
