Letter written entirely by hand and signed by Rabbi Mordechai Meir Marciano, sent from Bordj (Bordj Bou Arréridj, Algeria), to Rabbi Refael HaKohen Sakli of Debdou, in which he apologizes for the delayed payment for his book since his son passed away. Creases and tears.

Rabbi Mordechai Meir  Marciano (1920-2010), son of Rabbi Shmuel Marciano of Debdou, began serving as rabbi of Algerian cities already from his youth: Aramsi, Bordj, and Tevisa. In the 1960s he moved to France and then to Israel and settled in Jerusalem. He wrote Beit Meir on the Shas and more.
