First section, kabbalistic drashot on milah and a “pamphlet on what one should learn before milah.” Second section has “Halichot Olam, ” with various warnings organized alphabetically. This work was found amongst the writings of Rabbi Yitzhak Isaac (1735-1783), a shochet from Kfar Zorvitz (adjacent to Premyslan), author of the works Razeh Mehimna and Otiyot d’Rebbe Yitzhak. It is believed that he met the Baal Shem Tov, and his works are highly considered amongst chassidim. The author ordered in his will that he be buried alongside his writings, so the Yismach Moshe (who heard the will) ordered that the writings all be copied quickly (see in the introduction to Razeh Mehimna, Lemberg 1791). Known as a hidden tzaddik, other tzaddikim of his generation claimed that he helped souls achieve tikkun who had been reincarnated as animals that he was shechting. Rabbi Ephraim Zalman Margaliyot of Brod wrote that he was a “holy man, a sage, humble, exceptional for his generation, a believing kabbalist, a good man.” The book is decorated with many endorsements (called here “Melitzot”) by geonim of the period, including the Ketzot HaDeshen, who gave very few endorsements. Stefanski Chassidut 233. [1], 69 leaves. Tears, moth damage and tape. A number of places have damage to text. Stains. Most in good condition. No binding.

A known segula work, alluded to in the later Przemyśl edition of 1910.
