Second section of the work on Megillat Ruth by Rabbeinu Haim Yosef David Azoulay, HaHida, including “Limmudim”—an awakening called upon by the author to focus on Torah and more during Shavuot and Sukkot, with a “Ptach Einayim” on Ein Yaakov Masechet Sukkah, with Masechet Gerim at the end (from smaller masechtot) printed for the first time in this work as the Hida writes: “This masechta is from smaller masechtot which, as is known, have never been printed, and were copied from the Shas found in Falaise and written on parchment in Paris in the year 5103 for one of the relatives of Rabbeinu Shimshon of Sens…”. Published by the author during his lifetime. 64 pages. Complete copy, pretty, old binding with a leather spine (probably original). Stains. Overall good condition.
