Lot of rare and important letters from Admorim of the Makrov-Berdichev dynasty, sent to Rabbi Yaakov Meir Karpman, father of the kabbalist Rabbi Mordechai Moshe HaKohen Karpman of Jerusalem.

1. Invitation sent by the Admor Rabbi Zvi Aryeh Twersky of Berdichev, for his daughter’s wedding. Sent in Berdichev in 1926. Signs of folding, small hole at the bottom, no defects, good condition. 22x17cm.
2. Two letters requesting support, handwritten by the Admor Rabbi Zvi Aryeh of Berdichev, on official postcards, from 1932 and 1934. With blessings and more. Signed by hand. Wear at the corners, good condition. 10×14.5cm
3. Official card of the Admor Rabbi Hirsch Leib of Berdichev, with blessings handwritten. No defects, 4.5×8.5cm, good condition.
4. Letter from the Admor Rabbi Shmuel Aba of Makrov, written on official letterhead of his family, from 1924, with blessings. Signed by hand. 12x20cm. Signs of folding, no defects, good condition.
The Admorim Rabbi Zvi Aryeh Twersky and his brother Rabbi Shmuel Aba Twersky were the sons of Rabbi Moshe Mordechai of Berdichev and Makrov (son-in-law of the Admor Rabbi Yehoshua of Belz), descendants of the Chernobyl dynasty. Rabbi Zvi Aryeh (Hirsch Leib) continued his father’s line in Berdichev, he was married to the daughter of his uncle Rabbi Yehiel of Krilovitz (of Aphtha dynasty and a son-in-law of the Admor Rabbi Yehoshua of Belz). Known as a miracle worker in medicine, he died in 1938. Rabbi Shmuel Aba (1885-1947) continued his father’s line in Makrov.
