Structured as “an argument between acuteness and width of knowledge, which is the proper path, the learning path, through which a person should pass the Talmudic sea." By Rabbi Yehuda Leib HaCohen Fishman of Markulashti. With the consent of the "Aruch HaShulchan", printed in the author’s life in Berdichev | 1902. Stamp from the author at the title: "Yehuda Leib Fishman, a young man, who gives by sea." Long handwritten notes. Good general condition. Rabbi Yehuda Leib Fishman son of Rabbi Avraham Elimelech (1876-1965). Changed his name to Maimon because of the family tradition that they are descendants of Maimonides. Grandson of Rabbi Mordechai HaCohen of Satnow. In the year 1900, he was appointed Rabbi of Markulashti, and in the year 1905 in Angani (Ungeni) in Serbia. He immigrated to Jerusalem in 1912. He was also a founder of the Mizrahi movement, and even served as Minister of Religious Affairs in 1948. Also authored Sarei HaMeah.
