Lot 094:
A pair of rimonim for a Torah scroll, made of silver, with casting, cutting, hammering and scalpel work. At the top is a crown, decorations of vegetation and flowers, at the center are flowers by cutting work, with bells hung. Hallmarked silver in the shape of a flower – symbolizing the place the item was made – Vienna, and the letters “AW” – of the artist August Weismann who operated in Vienna between 1876 – 1928. Total weight: 687 grams. Height: 32 cm. Maximum diameter: 14 cm. Slight blemishes, good overall condition.
