A memorial candelabra to be hung in a synagogue, for lighting a memorial candle. Paris, with tools for lighting inside. Silver, made by the company Puiforcat, with a dedication from 1955. Signed with the stamp Puiforcat, Paris – the full name of the silver manufacturer. Casting, minting and engraving work. An especially magnificent item: two wide silver hoops, attached to each other by three decorated hooks, to which three silver chains are attached to a round plate, upon which is a ring meant for handing, decorated with small balls. An interesting dedication engraving on the hoops: “In memory of the deceased Yitzchak Attiah, died on 25th Adar 1955.” Length: 75 cm. Diameter of the upper hoop: 20 cm. Maximum width including hooks: 24 cm. Weight: 2275 grams. Good condition.
