The book Tuv Taam, an interesting and historical book “in response to the question raised, by the sages and princes of the other nations, the dignitaries of the world, why is every type of meat not allowed to be eaten indiscriminately after being hit on the head with a metal rod to end its life…and why is this not permitted for the Jewish people?
