By Rabbi Haim Elkhadif. The two books and the pamphlet deal with “gzeirot and takanot and haskamot and kabbalot for someone who touches even a penny of the kupah’s money…Rabbi Meir Ba’alHaNes…to join the kuppah with all the other kuppot of the Holy City…it is holy…Tiberias…” The books were written in response to the book “ShamruMishpat” in which sages of Jerusalem claim for themselves part of the money from the kuppot of Rabbi Meir Ba’alHaNes. Location of printing is debated, the most common idea is that it was printed in Jerusalem, but others claim it was in Tiberias, and even others claim in Izmir. Wear on the spine. Number of pages are disconnected. [4], 83; [1], 179; [1], 21 pages. Generally good condition.
