Book “with exegeses on some issues regarding principles of faith relevant to every man” by the Chafetz Haim, Rabbi Yisrael Meir HaKohen of Radin, with translation into Yiddish under every page. At the end is a pamphlet, Tiferet Adam, on peiyus and beards, and the pamphlet Midotu’Mishkalot. 1 page, 294, 4, 32 page. Original binding, pretty, a little detached. Stains. Generally good condition. Title page has a handwritten note: “1928, when I was in Radin” and an additional note “Bought by Rav Y. M. Harlap from the Chafetz Haim in Radin.” Stamps of the Beit Zvul—Midrash Gavo’ahLeTalmud, which was established in 1945 by Rabbi Yaakov Moshe Harlap (1882-1952), son of Rabbi ZevulunHarlap, who served as dayan in the beit din of the Maharil Diskin. Student of Rav Kook, head of the MerkazHaRav, Beit Zvul, and rabbi of Sha’areiChesed and Rehavia. Authored the Beit Zvul, Mei Marom, and many other books.
