By Rabbi Eliezer Yehuda Waldenberg. Blank front page has the author’s handwritten dedication to a Jerusalem mohel, Rav Yosef Weisberg. The Tzitz Eliezer (1915-2006) was an important posek in our generation, known for his responsa on medical issues and halacha. Member of the High Rabbinical Court, won the Israel Prize for Rabbinical Literature, and the Rav Kook Prize.
