Two drashot on halacha and Aggadah by Rabbi Shraga Feivel Rahatin. Never sold before in auctions. Signature of ownership unidentified. Cover page disconnected with tears, no damage to text, light stains, first pages have light stains mainly by the binding staples, apart from this it is in generally good condition. No binding. Author: Rabbi Shraga Feivel Rahatin (1850-1911), a rabbi of Zlatchov and Glilot, a student of Rabbi Yitzhak Aharon Ettinge—the Av Beit Din of Lviv—son-in-law of Rabbi Moshe Gris of Kolikov. He worked as a building contractor from which he got rich and donated to charity in his city. The ultra-Orthodox in the city disagreed with him and he left the city and returned after pleading by members of the community, was issued a doctorate for his translation of Rambam’s Guide for the Perplexed.
