Lot 101:
With a fancy frame, for Rav Haim Elkhadif on behalf of the Rabbi Meir Ba’al HaNes Fund and Yeshiva to the cities of Tunisia and Libya, signed by sages and rabbis of Tiberias. Rav Haim Elkhadif was the son of Rav Bechar Aharon Elkhadif, the Chief Rabbi and Chacham Bashi of Tiberias. He was one of the most important figures of Tiberias and authored books, was president of the Va’ad Kollelot for the Sefardi community there, head of the Beit Midrash Rabbi Meir Ba’al HaNes. On the letter are the official stamps of the Va’ad Klali, and the Beit Midrash, and handwritten signatures of rabbis. Among those signed are Rav Yaakov Hai Zrihan, head of the yeshiva and Av Beit Din in Tiberias and president of the Kollel HaRambam.
