On Psikata Rabati of Rav Kahane, by the Gaon Rabbi Ephraim Zalman Margaliot, the Beit Ephraim, a sage of Brody and a gadol of his generation, close student of the Brit Kehunat Olam. Lemberg 1853. Stamps of ownership of the Malbim (rare stamp of the Malbim, in the shape of an eagle with his personal name in the local language), and Rabbi Haim Berlin, son of the Natziv of Volozhin. On page 86(2) is a handwritten gloss. The Gaon Rabbi Meir Leivush Malbim (1809-1880) was a rabbi, master of Hebrew grammar, and Bible commentator who fervently fought the Maskilim, and is most famous for his commentary on Tanach. | Rabbi Haim Berlin, served as Chief Rabbi of Moscow and for a short time as head of the Volozhin yeshiva.
