Sofer script on parchment, delicate, pretty handwriting. Some of the case is gilded, delicate filigree work. At the top of the housing is a wonderful crown. Round handle, also with wonderful filigree work. The clasp is connected to a ring that is pulled to get the parchment out. Folds in the crown and the handle. Tear of the parchment. Not sold as kosher. | Height of the parchment: 5.5cm, the writing: 4cm, 14 lines per column. Height of the housing: 18cm. Generally ok condition.
