A typewritten letter on an official airmail postcard with the signature of the Rebbe Rabbi Shaul Yedidya of Modzitz. Dated Sunday Bechukotai 1938. To the chassid the philanthropist Rabbi Chanoch Henich Zilberberg from Tel Aviv. Regarding a match for his son Rabbi Yitzchak, who also signed the other side of the postcard. In the letter the Rebbe writes a blessing "May God send you his help from on high with a full and speedy recovery". | The Rebbe Rabbi Shaul Yedidya Eleazar Taub – the Imrei Shaul of Modzitz [1887-1948], son of the founder of the dynasty Rabbi Yisrael Taub. Composed over 1500 niggunim. He was a member of the worldwise Moetzet Gedolei HaTorah in Poland. Known as a lover of the Land of Israel and was very active in settling the Land.
