Handsome breastplate with delicate and professional handwork: engravings, embossed relief, cutting, welding, carving, and hammering. At the top is a crown borne by two lions, and on either side of them are eagles. They stand on a base supported by two decorated pillars, and around them are plants and floral patterns. In the center is a plate with a wonderful decoration and a silver plaque, above which is an engraving of the word Sukkot (the decoration and plaque are screwed in and can be replaced). The bottom has three bells. At the top is the original chain for hanging it, made of silver. Approximate size: 20x27cm. Generally very good condition.
