By Rav Menachem YehoshuaWeizner (1840-1910 approximately). The author’s name appears only as initials on the booklet’s binding. The booklet is a long letter to the rabbis and leaders of Galicia and Bokovina, regarding the purchase of the rabbinate by money. His suggestion was, practically, to gather in Lviv led by the Av Beit Din to strengthen the religious leadership and found a fund. Admorim weren’t invited. But the activity would be done with their support. Printed by the Dorshei Shalom v’Emet. Stains. 31 pages, 22cm. Generally very good condition.
