Two covers for the book of Leviticus, and an additional one for Numbers, with endorsements that were not printed in the prior edition, and with an index that was first printed here. By the ADmor Rabbi Schneor Zalman of Liady—the Ba’al HaTanya. Printed by Avraham Shalom Shadav, Zhitomir 1866. [4], 54; [1], 96 pages. 31cm. 2. Beit Aharon v’Hosafta, indexes of all the verses in the Tanach mentioned in the two Talmuds, midrashim, and many other books. With signature and stamp of the author. By Rabbi Avraham David Lavat (1815-1890), Av Beit Din of Nikoleiv, student of the Tzemach Tzedek, a Chabbad sage and chassid, grandfather of the Rebbe (his granddaughter was the Rabbanit Chana Schneerson, who was the mother of Rabbi Menachem Mendel of Lubavitch). On the page after the cover is a printed prohibition of trespassing with author’s signature handwritten and stamped. Printed by Lipman, Vilna 1880. [2], 180 pages. 34cm.
