Blessing for the childless, around 18 lines, on official letterhead, handwritten and signed by the Admor from 1982. He lived 1924-2015, was known as the Chochmat Eliezer, the second Admor of Sert-Vizhnitz. Its center was in Haifa, and was known for doing kiruv for all Jews. Filing homes, signs of folding. 16x20cm, generally very good condition.
