Letter on official letterhead. Antwerp 1942. First part of the letter is written by his gabbai at his request. Afterwards is a very long blessing, (8 lines) in his handwriting. | The Admor Rabbi Yaakov Laizer of Pshevorsk (1906-1996) was the second Admor of the Pshevorsk lineage. A student of Rabbi David Tebli of Dokla and Rabbi Chana Halberstam of Kolshitz. Was the son-in-law of the Admor Rabbi Itzikel of Pshevorsk and his successor as Admor. Became famous as a genius of Torah and halacha and for his great proficiency in the books and stories of chassidut. Known as a miracle-worker. Signs of folding, 16x22cm. Generally very good condition.
