Written in ink, signed, and stamped by the Chief Rabbi of Jerusalem, from 1940. On the boy Reuven Elizur Weisfisch, who got the best score on the exam. He lived 1873-961, was rabbi of Jerusalem, a great posek, and successor of Rabbi Shmue Salant as a member of the Beit Din. Founder of the Rabbanut in Jerusalem. Chiddushim printed in many books. Filing holes, 21x28cm. Generally very good condition.
