Lot 200:
Stories by Rabbi Yosef Shabtai Perachi, with endorsements by Rav Shaul Elisher and Rav Yosef Haim Zonenfeld. Missing the name of the printer and the year of printing, but the endorsements are from 1902. Rav Yosef Shabtai Perachi (1802-1882) was a kabbalist and scribe and a rabbi of Jerusalem. In the second half of his life he lived in Livorno, Italy, where he published his books. His composition Oseh Peleh made the author more famous than any of his other works. Following its distribution, Jews from many communities will testify to reading stories from it every Friday night. The beginning of the book has many empty pages for filling in, and in fact three pages are filled in with Mizrahi handwriting, and glosses are handwritten in the index. Their content was not checked. Binding and pages disconnected. [3], 52 pages. 17cm. Generally ok condition.
