Lot 153:
Some extremely bitter, on the subject of kosher slaughter in Jerusalem. Shechita was always a loaded issue in Jerusalem and across Jewish communites, since it was one of the main incomes for the community, and thus a special tax was levied on every animal that was slaughtered, and on every kilogram of meat sold. Different sizes and conditions, generally good.
