Responsa on the Choshen Mishpat section of the Tur, by Rabbi Shmuel di Medina, Salonica, 1798. Stamps and handwritten signatures as well as a comment in the handwriting of Rabbi Shmuel Heller of Safed. Rabbi Shmuel Heller (1786-1884, Otzar HaRabbanim 19134) Rabbi and leader of the Chassidic community in Safed for over forty years, was also known as a professional pharmacist and doctor. He was brought up in the home of the “Chozeh of Lublin” and immigrated to Israel at his advice. Without a binding, water stains and stains, moth damage with damage to text, the title page and some of the leaves are restored with unprofessional restoration with damage to text.
