He lived 1715-1805, was a sage of Yemen in the 18th century, a dayan and Ra’avad and Chief Rabbi of Yemen. Composed the Pe’ulat Tzaddik, and more. Founder of the nusach of the Jews of Yemen. Signature by hand on the first page, notes throughout the book. Tears in some pages with damage to text, last pages are missing, bound with new ringed binding. Wear, generally good condition.
